Return and Exchange Information

If you are unhappy with the fit of the pad, and it is in unused condition (i.e. tried on with another cloth underneath to assess fit) we can accept the return for refund of the product price (less shipping) of the unused saddle pad and bands. Alternatively, we can exchange an unused saddle pad for a different size. We cannot accept the return/exchange of equipment that has been used or contains dirt or hair. Only products purchased directly from can be returned. If purchased from another vendor, please contact that vendor for their return policy.

Please email a copy of the tracking information to: so that we know when to expect the return. We recommend shipping with UPS or FedEx. We are not responsible for returned products that are lost in transportation.

In the return box, please include a copy of your receipt or packing slip. Also, please include a note indicating whether it is an exchange (for what size) or a return.
